    Financial backing for industrial cities to enhance the industry capacity
     
     
    Al Jishi: "One billion riyals "funding for industrial cities to strengthen the capacity of national industry
     
     


    Head of Industrial Committee and the Chamber Board member Salman bin Mohammed Hassan Al Jishi  commented on the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to allocate a funding of one billion riyals to the industrial cities and technology zones, within the new budget for 2011, as a consideration of his strategic vision of the role of the national industry.
     
    Al Jishi indicated that such a move would expand the economic base of the Kingdom, and diversifying sources of national income, and stressed that the allocation of one billion riyals funding to the industrial cities and technology zones, is in the lifting capacity of all the industrial cities in the Kingdom, and the Eastern Region will obtain a lot of gains, pointing out the region includes two industrial cities in Dammam, and the third is yet to come, as this will contribute to the provision of thousands of jobs for the people of the region.
     
    Moreover, he discussed the government support for the industry sector through the adoption of several resolutions of the most important of the national strategy for the industry, and pumping 10 billion riyals to the Industrial Development Fund, bringing its capital to 30 billion riyals, which means that leadership is keen to support the Saudi industry.
